Status Quo, Dilemma and Improvement Path of Youth Social Work in Yunnan Province

Abstract

Abstract: Under the background of vigorous development of social work in China, the current situation of the development of youth
social work in Yunnan Province presents a trend of promoting the networking of subjects, systematization of service practice and
diversification of service modes. At present, it still faces the dilemma of insufficient effectiveness of policy system, unbalanced social
work organization, low professional service, unstable talent team and unclear brand characteristics. It can be improved from three
aspects: system improvement, capacity improvement and characteristic cultivation
